Financial Information

FEES – A clear understanding of your treatment is essential to a good working relationship. Please feel free to ask any questions or discuss any hesitations or concerns with us. We will make every effort to explain all fees before any treatment is performed.

PAYMENTS – We accept most insurance plans, cash, VISA and MasterCard. Full payment or that portion to be paid by the patient is expected at the time of service. We welcome military families and offer senior citizen discounts. We work with a dental finance company that enables patients to make larger treatment plans more manageable and in some cases, interest free.

DENTAL INSURANCE – We are pleased to work with most insurance plans. Please bring completed forms, identification and group numbers as well as any insurance benefit summaries to your first appointment. Together, we will help interpret your benefits and assist you in filing your claims.
